What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• explain promotions, trade-ins, reservations, and loyalty benefits
• process purchases and returns
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• complete omnichannel orders
• manage inventory, shipments, stock, and defectives
• support loss prevention and bank deposits
• reconcile daily transactions and paperwork
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates when management is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
