What you'll do

• Follow the Chef’s production schedule
• prepare items to recipes and quantities
• complete production and waste logs
• taste meals for quality
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food
• follow HACCP and sanitation requirements
• take and fulfill customer orders
• serve customers at multiple stations
• resolve customer concerns.
