What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in homes and approved community settings
• implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision
• follow individualized treatment plans
• collect and record session data
• maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
• communicate with supervisors and families
• attend scheduled supervision, training, and staff meetings.
