The role owns estimates for assigned small-to-mid scope bids, developing accurate, timely, submission-ready pricing that supports bid competitiveness and project margins. It also contributes to subcontractor relationships, pricing strategy, and handoffs to Operations.

What you'll do

• Review bid documents and complete building component takeoffs
• estimate scope, quantities, labor, materials, equipment, general conditions, overhead, and markup
• solicit and level subcontractor and vendor quotes
• conduct site reviews and pre-bid visits
• prepare complete bids by deadlines
• maintain vendor and cost databases
• hand awarded estimates to Operations
• participate in win/loss reviews.
