Real Estate Project Manager

Job overview

The Real Estate Project Manager role is onsite in Brighton, MA, with a stated salary of $90,000–$100,000 per year. 2Life Communities develops and manages affordable senior housing and services that support older adults’ stability, dignity, and connection. Working with the Director of Real Estate and the Real Estate Team, the project manager coordinates affordable housing development projects and supports the organization’s real estate portfolio. The work spans project teams, financing, construction, community relations, and coordination with internal departments and external partners to help projects reach successful long-term operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate development project management
• assist with acquisitions, zoning, permitting, and community relations
• support project teams
• help prepare and manage development proformas and funding applications
• support financing and financial closings
• coordinate construction with Facilities and project consultants
• work with program staff on service-provider relationships
• prepare project updates and reports
• participate in public events and external committees.
