The IT Solutions Analyst, Manufacturing Execution Systems role is onsite in Rochester, NH. Compensation is $30–$32 per hour. The role works between business stakeholders, manufacturing operations, and IT teams to support manufacturing execution solutions. The analyst translates business requirements into scalable solutions, leads MES implementations, supports system integration and operations, resolves issues, and trains users. This work helps align manufacturing systems with business objectives and improve production, traceability, quality, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Gather and translate business requirements into MES solutions
• define solution architecture
• lead global MES implementations from blueprint through deployment
• manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality
• integrate MES with platforms such as SAP and cloud technologies
• support shop-floor operations and governance
• troubleshoot system problems
• provide user training and documentation.
