What you'll do

• Conduct access control, safety rounds, and hazard checks
• escalate risks and emergencies
• use trained de-escalation and crisis techniques
• complete incident reports
• coach residents in daily living and instrumental daily living skills
• co-facilitate non-clinical groups and recovery activities
• support transportation readiness and accompany residents as assigned
• participate in shift handoffs
• document objective observations in the EMR
• maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
