The Dishwasher role is onsite in Portage, MI, at the Stryker location. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. CulinArt provides dining services to corporate, educational, healthcare, and other clients. The dishwasher maintains clean and sanitary dishes, cookware, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas. This work supports safe kitchen operations and helps the dining team serve guests.

What you'll do

• Scrape and rinse dishes and wash them by hand or machine
• wash pots, pans, and trays
• polish silver using assigned equipment and procedures
• follow safety procedures
• maintain temperatures and chemical levels
• keep the dish area orderly
• sweep and mop floors
• wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and food preparation surfaces
• remove trash
• transfer supplies and equipment
• help load and unload supplies and products.

Why this role
