Mechanical Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Direct daily field operations
• supervise foremen, employees, subcontractors, and trade partners
• coordinate work, labor, equipment, and materials
• monitor progress and communicate with project managers
• review drawings and schedules
• coordinate inspections
• enforce safety requirements
• monitor quality and productivity
• manage punch lists and closeout
• mentor field personnel and maintain stakeholder relationships.
