The Data Analyst, Bioprocessing Analytics role is onsite in Boston, MA. Pay is $44.00–$46.00 per hour. The position supports Business Engineering & Strategy priorities and the DST business performance and operations dashboard portfolio. The analyst delivers data science, analytics, and digital work packages that help teams understand business and process performance. By building dashboards and data pipelines, analyzing data, and refining solutions with stakeholder feedback, the role supports operational decision-making and continuous improvement in biopharmaceutical operations.

What you'll do

• Deliver defined data science, analytics, and digital work packages
• gather requirements and develop, maintain, and improve dashboards for budget, organizational goals, and operations metrics
• build, test, document, and maintain data pipelines using approved sources
• develop analyses, prototypes, mappings, and visualizations and refine them with feedback
• troubleshoot and improve dashboards, data products, analytics workflows, and AI-enabled tools
• translate requirements into solution designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, tasks, and deliverables
• support process assessment, stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• communicate progress, findings, risks, and recommendations.
