What you'll do

• Observe and report patient symptoms and needs
• document behavior, treatment, and progress
• support crisis intervention
• provide one-to-one interactions
• assist with activities of daily living
• conduct assigned observations and searches
• lead or co-lead groups as directed
• record vital signs as assigned
• escort patients
• and support treatment plans.
