What you'll do

• Lead onshore and offshore engineering, analyst, and developer teams
• contribute to platform architecture and roadmaps
• oversee Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Fabric, and Power BI
• guide Active Directory and Group Policy governance through teams
• partner with cybersecurity and compliance on HIPAA and audit requirements
• establish service and quality metrics
• govern responsible AI use.
