What you'll do

• Manage store operations, team, and performance
• lead and coach 8–15 employees across shifts
• cover shifts as needed, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• perform frontline store duties such as register operation, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps
• recruit, hire, and train team members
• manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising
• handle banking and cash deposits
• maintain safety, cleanliness, food-safety, and customer-satisfaction standards
• control expenses and labor hours
• achieve sales goals and execute company programs and marketing initiatives
• step in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.
