Day Services Caregiver

Job overview

The Day Services Caregiver role is onsite in the Layton, West Haven, and Ogden, UT areas. Pay starts at $15 per hour. Chrysalis’s day program supports individuals in workplace, training, and community settings. The caregiver helps individuals stay safe and respected while creating opportunities to increase their quality of life through mentoring, teaching, and community activities. The role also includes program documentation and, for approved company drivers, transporting individuals in a company vehicle.

What you'll do

• Work with individuals in workplace and community settings
• support safety, respect, mentoring, and participation
• complete assigned program documentation accurately and on time
• handle crisis situations with sound judgment
• drive a company vehicle to transport individuals when approved.
