Fitness Director

The director leads the fitness department’s sales and operations, develops personal trainers, and conducts training sessions and assessments. The role exists to meet programming and revenue goals while maintaining cost and service standards.

What you'll do

• Manage fitness programming sales and department revenue and costs
• generate monthly assessments and complimentary sessions
• contribute at least 60% of sales performance through personal production
• hire, train, and develop trainers
• supervise staff
• conduct fitness assessments and training sessions
• reconcile revenue and sessions, submit payroll, and maintain staff certifications.

Why this role
