What you'll do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• help with light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with errands and transportation as needed
• follow care plans
• observe and report changes in client condition.
