What you'll do

• Lead daily communication meetings and assign workloads for 10–15 team members
• train and assist order pickers, checkers, and loaders
• monitor safety and company policies
• support productivity standards and shipping workflow
• maintain shift reports and housekeeping
• provide input for evaluations and coordinate assigned projects.
