What you'll do

• Contact delinquent accounts and take appropriate measures to recover credit union assets
• handle inbound and outbound calls with members
• review data for workout solutions
• conduct skip tracing and make repossession and charge-off recommendations
• assist management with repossessions, total-loss claims, garnishments, citations and levies, deceased accounts, and member concerns
• identify opportunities to improve credit union programs
• follow Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures.
