What you'll do

• Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation
• maintain confidential employee records and employment documentation
• partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workplace concerns
• coordinate benefits
• support engagement, recognition, retention, and development
• ensure HR compliance
• coordinate performance evaluations and reviews
• participate in community leadership and department meetings as appropriate.
