What you'll do
- Serve customers in person, by phone, and through other available channels
- perform teller transactions and maintain cash controls and balancing standards
- open and service deposit accounts
- complete account documentation
- perform vault-control duties when assigned
- explain bank products and technology
- identify customer needs and refer customers to appropriate team members
- follow bank policies, regulatory requirements, BSA, CIP, and OFAC procedures
- protect confidential information and maintain records.
