Medical Revenue Cycle Specialist — Hybrid

What you'll do

• Process missing slips and create claims according to payer requirements
• follow up on denied claims
• process inpatient and chronic care coordination charges in designated systems
• identify claims needing referrals or additional information
• post dental payments
• process itemized bill requests
• manage payment plans
• review account balances and determine refunds
• request updated insurance information
• communicate with patients about outstanding accounts
• coordinate settlement offers for approval.
