Helper — Moving and Relocation Crew

Job overview

The Helper role is full-time and onsite in Peabody, Massachusetts. Compensation is $22 per hour. The helper reports to the Operations Manager and works with drivers and crew leaders on household and commercial relocations. The role supports safe, timely moves by packing, protecting, loading, unloading, and transporting customer belongings. It also contributes to customer service and organized work areas, trucks, and storage operations.

What you'll do

• Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items
• pack, wrap, and protect belongings
• assist with furniture disassembly and reassembly
• carry items safely through stairs and tight spaces
• follow directions from drivers and crew leaders
• maintain clean trucks and work areas
• provide courteous customer service
• use moving equipment properly
• follow safety procedures
• assist with warehouse or storage tasks when needed.
