What you'll do

• Supervise self-administered medication as directed by nursing or assisted living leadership
• count and document narcotics with approved personnel
• order medications and treatments or notify responsible parties when supplies are low
• verify received medications against pharmacy labels and records
• store medications properly and remove expired or discontinued medications
• provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating assistance
• take vital signs, temperatures, blood pressure, and weights
• document information and report concerns
• answer resident calls and assist with assigned needs
• clean and restock medication carts
• attend training and maintain medical records.
