What you'll do

• Use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for assigned patients. Address patients’ and families’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs
• administer medications and treatments under protocol and monitor effects
• document histories, symptoms, medications, and care
• assess learning needs and provide education
• make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers.
