Project Manager, Commercial Drywall and Division 9

What you'll do

• Manage commercial drywall, framing, acoustical ceiling, and related Division 9 projects from award through completion
• develop and maintain schedules, budgets, manpower plans, procurement logs, and execution strategies
• communicate with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, owners, and internal teams
• ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
• manage project documentation
• supervise field teams and subcontractors
• identify risks and coordinate solutions
• visit jobsites
• track costs and production
• lead closeout
• participate in project reviews and provide estimating feedback.
