What you'll do

• Perform cytological evaluations of gynecological and non-gynecological specimens
• document findings in accordance with VA and ASCP standards
• participate in quality assurance, improvement initiatives, and staff meetings
• maintain patient safety and confidentiality
• report abnormal findings in alignment with VHA Directive 1088
• meet continuing education, training, and certification requirements.
