Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in the Salt Lake City and Ogden area, providing care in clients’ homes. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour. SYNERGY HomeCare’s stated purpose is to bring care to people in their own homes and support fuller, more independent lives. The caregiver provides non-medical assistance, companionship, and personal care to clients of varied ages and abilities. The role helps clients with daily routines and supports their ability to remain safe and independent at home.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and social engagement
• help clients get up in the morning or settle for the evening
• assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, incontinence, bathing, and ambulation, including Hoyer lifts
• assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• communicate with clients, families, and coworkers.
