What you'll do

• Manage, retain, and acquire customer relationships
• assess clients’ financial information and recommend, present, and sell products and services
• achieve quarterly and annual team and branch sales goals
• source loans including HELOC, residential, and commercial loans
• comply with annual MLO renewals and regulations
• maintain knowledge of loan products and qualifications
• assist with withdrawals, deposits, transfers, payments, wires, and foreign currency exchange
• partner with other business lines
• mentor and coach employees
• help customers use digital banking resources.
