What you'll do

• Welcome guests and manage check-in
• process departures, payments, and receipts
• answer calls and assist with reservations and inquiries
• explain hotel amenities and local attractions
• respond to guest requests and concerns
• review arrivals and departures and block rooms for special requests
• maintain room inventory and coordinate room readiness
• process reservation changes and charges
• monitor guest messages and wake-up calls
• maintain front desk security and safety procedures
• reconcile cash and post charges
• support night audit and reports when applicable
• handle emergencies according to protocols.
