Sorting and Inspection Associate — 1st Shift

The Sorting and Inspection Associate role is onsite in Greensburg, IN, with a first-shift schedule of 6:30 a.m.–3 p.m., Monday–Friday, and overtime availability needed on Saturdays and Sundays. Pay is $16.00 per hour. The role supports quality control and distribution work for the local client served by MS-IL Staffing & Packaging. The position exists to inspect, track, transport, and package order items so they meet quality goals and manufacturing schedules. Accurate defect reporting and processing records help the warehouse team maintain safe, dependable distribution operations.

What you'll do

• Inspect parts and stack them on skids
• identify defects in nonconforming parts and materials and promptly report them to the shift supervisor
• set parts specifications during inspection
• accurately log processing information
• follow standardized processes, quality goals, and schedules
• maintain equipment and tools
• promote teamwork and warehouse safety.
