Part-Time Concierge

Job overview

The Part-Time Concierge role is onsite at an association in Boulder, CO. Compensation is $23 per hour. The position supports residents and visitors in a community lobby. What you'll do

• Greet residents and visitors
• respond to resident requests and concerns
• accept and log deliveries and notify residents
• maintain guest and contractor sign-in logs
• perform clerical tasks
• keep work areas organized
• manage key lock boxes
• monitor cameras and report to security or management
• manage special-event guest registers.
