What you'll do

• Manage project scheduling, contracting, buyout, financial management, and closeout
• coordinate with owners, architects, and design professionals
• obtain and manage permits
• visit jobsites as needed
• evaluate constructability and value engineering
• maintain schedules and project controls
• manage subcontractors
• track costs and changes
• prepare owner requisitions
• ensure contract, safety, and regulatory compliance
• support estimating and proposals
• mentor project team members.
