GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:. Under supervision of the President, the Production Lead oversees all aspects of the manufacturing floor, such as assigning tasks, employee training and safety, supporting company policy, and ensuring manufacturing personnel meet performance schedules. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:. · Mastery of the skills of a Level 1 and Level 2 Assembler.
