Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of front-of-house staff
• lead pre-shift meetings and coach team members
• resolve guest concerns
• oversee service operations, dining room flow, reservations, and service standards
• support health, safety, and sanitation compliance
• assist with inventory, ordering, cost control, scheduling, staffing, revenue goals, labor costs, and sales strategies.
