What you'll do

• Oversee pre-registration, benefit verification, registration, scheduling, and point-of-service collections
• monitor work queues, productivity, scheduling accuracy, and service levels
• supervise, coach, train, and evaluate staff
• support staffing, recruitment, scheduling, and performance management
• resolve complex patient and operational concerns
• improve collections, registration, pre-billing, clean claims, and reimbursement
• monitor denials and service goals
• develop policies, procedures, best practices, and training
• maintain compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, and applicable regulations.
