Customer Experience Specialist

What you'll do

• Handle high-volume inbound calls
• convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments
• make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up
• resolve customer concerns
• enter customer data in the CRM
• coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and internal teams
• conduct satisfaction follow-ups and identify additional service opportunities
• participate in training
• meet individual and team KPI goals
• identify customer needs and address booking objections
• handle web leads and answering-service messages
• perform opening and closing duties.

Schedule is 8 a.m.–5 p.m. or 9 a.m.–6 p.m., with rotating Saturdays. Sales, high-volume call center, home service, and ServiceTitan experience are preferred.
