The Site Controller role is onsite in Tempe, AZ, and is full-time, exempt, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The role supports strategic decisions, operational performance, compliance, and profitable growth through accurate reporting, planning, analysis, and team development.

What you'll do

• Lead site financial strategy and partner with site general managers and divisional finance leadership
• develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
• monitor KPIs and identify risks and opportunities
• oversee accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, internal controls, audits, and SOX compliance
• manage inventory accounting and cost analysis
• provide analysis on pricing, product mix, capital investments, and cost-saving initiatives
• lead and develop finance team members.

Why this role

The posting requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and seven or more years of progressive accounting or finance experience; CPA or CMA is strongly preferred.
