• Maintain awareness of home inventory, pricing, and market trends.
• Facilitate the leasing process by understanding resident needs and conducting in-person showings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Oversee lease negotiations, document signings, and property walkthroughs.
