What you'll do

• Own the technical lifecycle of production equipment, test racks, and test cells
• troubleshoot failures, downtime, and test anomalies and implement corrective and preventive actions
• improve reliability, availability, and maintainability
• develop equipment documentation, schematics, bills of materials, calibration plans, maintenance procedures, and operating instructions
• collaborate on production, safety, and compliance requirements
• support upgrades, obsolescence management, and capacity expansion
• define and execute acceptance testing, validation, and production handoff
• mentor engineers and technicians
• manage external vendors and integrators as needed.
