Production Training Specialist

The Production Training Specialist role is onsite in Manteno, IL. The target pay rate is $25.00 per hour. The role supports a food manufacturing environment by establishing a comprehensive production training program with production employees and leadership. The specialist learns current processes, develops standard operating procedures and work instructions, and conducts hands-on training for frontline employees. The role also tracks training completion, identifies gaps, and builds standardized processes that company leadership can maintain after the assignment.

What you'll do

• Work with production employees to understand processes and training needs
• develop SOPs and work instructions with Operations and department leaders
• conduct hands-on training for new hires and employees needing retraining or cross-training
• maintain a training matrix
• identify training gaps and priorities
• document training completion
• partner with Production, Quality, Safety, and HR
• improve training processes and documentation.
