What you'll do

• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed
• provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service for inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• educate customers about insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based review
• maintain the office and ensure it is equipped to meet customer needs and market relevant products.
