The Group Home Staff / Direct Care Staff role is onsite in Topeka, KS. Pay is $16.50–$18 per hour. The role provides support, supervision, and care to youth in a group home setting for Youngblood Youth Development Homes & Services. The staff member helps maintain residents’ safety and daily structure, supports scheduled medication routines, prepares meals, and participates in activities at home and in the community. Documentation and communication with the on-call supervisor support continuity of care.
