What you'll do

• Serve as the primary intake point for donor concerns and coordinate timely resolution by phone, email, and text
• educate donors about the Commit for Life program, donation procedures, digital accounts, benefits, and participation opportunities
• represent donor feedback
• maintain communication databases and CRM records
• create and distribute service and quality reports
• analyze trends and provide insights
• complete administrative documentation
• support customer experience initiatives and process improvements.
