What you'll do

• Depending on each client’s care plan, provide companionship
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• help with shopping and errands
• provide transportation to appointments and activities
• offer medication reminders
• and support clients with dementia or memory care needs.
