What you'll do
- Respond to resident work orders

- complete routine and preventive maintenance
- inspect building systems, apartments, and common areas
- prepare vacant apartments
- perform painting, drywall, carpentry, hardware, and general repairs
- assist with grounds work and snow removal
- coordinate specialized vendor repairs
- track work in an electronic system
- participate in an emergency on-call rotation.
