What you'll do
- Provide technical guidance on endpoint migration patterns and Quest ODM configuration
- define migration readiness criteria, success measures, exceptions, and rollback requirements
- direct endpoint identity, enrollment, policy, and security transitions
- perform root-cause analysis and coordinate remediation
- review scripts, automation, profiles, and runbooks
- guide engineering and L1/L2 support
- evaluate testing evidence and recommend readiness
- maintain technical records and facilitate cross-team working sessions
- support hypercare and continuous improvement.
