What you'll do

• Review resident assignments.
• Conduct resident interviews and physical assessments.
• Perform lung capacity evaluations and blood gas analysis.
• Execute and adjust treatment plans.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and communications in Point Click Care (PCC).
• Communicate respiratory status changes.
• Coordinate care with the IDT.
• Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, and emergency safety protocols.

What we're looking for

Education

Associate's degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Experience

Active CRT or RRT credential
