What you'll do

• Greet potential clients
• discuss Jackson Hewitt services, products, and promotions
• offer promotional items on the store floor or to nearby businesses
• assist with tax preparation appointment scheduling
• monitor client flow and keep waiting clients engaged
• answer phones or assist with check distribution when appropriate and following established procedures.
