Fatherhood Program Coordinator (Part-Time)

What you'll do

• Facilitate workshops and groups on parenting skills, child development, and positive discipline using established curricula
• provide one-on-one case management and individual plans
• connect fathers and families to housing, food, employment, and legal resources
• recruit and engage fathers
• coordinate services with social workers, therapists, and family support specialists
• maintain client records and reports
• organize events promoting fatherhood initiatives and community engagement.
