What you'll do

• Provide customer service in English and Spanish in person and by phone
• identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions
• process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals
• generate sales through customer interactions, follow-up calls, referrals, marketing, and company-provided leads
• make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting
• support local marketing and community relationships
• handle cash transactions, balance deposits, and complete financial paperwork
• open and close the office as needed
• follow company procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines
• and work at other regional offices when needed.
